Products and prices

Check the exact model, dimensions, capacity, energy information and installation requirements before ordering. Photographs show the model; accessories and country-specific versions should be checked against the product details.

Prices are in euros (EUR), including the taxes stated at checkout. The checkout summary shows the products, quantities and amount before you leave to pay. Your card issuer may apply a conversion rate or fee if your card account uses another currency.

Ordering and payment

Review your name, email, telephone number, delivery address and basket before submitting. Payment is completed through Paynid. A pending order does not mean a payment has succeeded. Payment confirmation appears only after the provider confirms it; your account or order page shows the current status.

If a payment result is unclear, check the existing order or contact us before trying again. Save your order reference. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you to arrange a resolution and any refund due.

Delivery and the included gift

Free delivery to your flat or house in the UK is estimated at 3–5 days after confirmed payment. Delivery to the other destinations available at checkout is estimated at 5–10 days. See delivery details and tell us about access restrictions.

The displayed Finish care set is included at no additional charge with each dishwasher. Wash counts depend on the product dose and your usage. Installation and removal of an old appliance are not included unless separately agreed.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

For eligible online consumer purchases, you can notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and then return the goods within a further 14 days. You do not need to provide a reason. Contact us or use the cancellation form.

A valid cancellation refund includes standard outbound delivery. We may withhold it until the goods or evidence of return are received. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Faulty or misdescribed goods are handled separately under your statutory rights.

VITARA covers return costs. The customer brings the appliance to our UK returns point; contact us before travelling to agree the handover and how costs will be covered. See the returns arrangements.

Every dishwasher includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty under the manufacturer’s terms. Any longer manufacturer cover remains available. This warranty does not replace or limit your statutory rights. See warranty and repairs.

Contact [email protected] or use the support section in your account. Include the order reference and explain the issue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
